Pharmacy Weight Loss Wallingford is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy clinic (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Wallingford and the surrounding UK area. To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and be a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete an accurate medical questionnaire prior to any consultation or prescription being issued. All prescriptions are issued by a qualified, registered prescriber following a clinical review of your submitted information. We do not issue prescriptions automatically. Our pharmacist reviews every order before approval, and we may request additional information or decline to prescribe where it is not clinically appropriate.
Prescriptions are issued solely for your personal use and must not be shared with or used by another person. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete medical information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended and your GP being notified if patient safety is a concern.
Full payment is required at the point of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, orders already confirmed and approved will be fulfilled at the price stated at the time of order.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service to your registered UK address. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering.
Medications will be packaged discreetly and in appropriate pharmaceutical packaging to maintain product integrity during transit.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and the order dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations or process refunds, as prescribed medications cannot be returned or resold under UK pharmacy law.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
